p22ph reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any time. Players found to have provided false information regarding age or identity are subject to immediate account termination, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to applicable regulatory authorities.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active p22ph account. The creation of duplicate, linked, or related accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension, confiscation of associated balances, and reporting to PAGCOR. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
p22ph is required under PAGCOR's licensing framework and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all registered players. As part of KYC compliance, p22ph may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
KYC verification must be completed before p22ph processes any withdrawal request exceeding applicable thresholds. p22ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion. Players who fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following request may have their accounts suspended.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information at all times. Any material change to your personal details — including change of name, address, mobile number, or email — must be communicated to p22ph support promptly. p22ph accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or incorrect account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your p22ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:
p22ph will never request your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from p22ph that requests your password or full financial credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
Account Sharing: Sharing your p22ph account with any third party — including family members — is strictly prohibited. All gameplay activity, transactions, and bets placed through your account are your sole responsibility regardless of who conducted them.
p22ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine-local payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions on p22ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). p22ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or cash.
The minimum deposit amount on p22ph is ₱100, subject to the minimums imposed by individual payment providers. p22ph does not charge deposit transaction fees on its end; however, players are responsible for any fees levied by their payment provider or financial institution.
By depositing funds into your p22ph account, you represent and warrant that all deposited funds originate from a lawful source and that you are the authorized owner or user of the payment method used. p22ph reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds in connection with AML compliance obligations.
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal on a p22ph deposit constitutes fraud. p22ph will pursue all available remedies including account suspension, debt recovery, and referral to law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR. Any costs incurred by p22ph in recovering funds arising from fraudulent chargebacks will be charged to the account holder.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit on the same account, or to a bank account or e-wallet verified as belonging to the registered account holder. p22ph applies a return-to-source withdrawal policy where practicable to comply with AML regulations.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet) are processed same-day for requests received during Philippine banking hours. p22ph does not guarantee processing times during system maintenance, public holidays, or periods of unusually high withdrawal volume.

Fraudulent Withdrawals: p22ph employs automated and manual fraud screening on all withdrawal requests. Withdrawals associated with suspected fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation. p22ph may refer findings to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement agencies.
p22ph may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional benefits to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of offer, including but not limited to:

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, software glitch, or connectivity failure during a game round, p22ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's wallet. Bets that have already been fully resolved at the time of a technical error are final. Erroneous payouts resulting from software bugs must be returned to p22ph; players who knowingly exploit such errors are subject to account termination and recovery of incorrectly paid funds.
If a player disconnects during a game round, the round will continue and be resolved according to the game's standard rules. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection. p22ph is not liable for losses arising from poor connectivity, device failure, or network issues on the player's end.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use of p22ph intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action to the fullest extent permitted under Philippine and applicable international law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p22ph's total aggregate liability to any player — arising from any claim, cause of action, or dispute in connection with the Platform, regardless of the form of the action — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p22ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; regulatory direction from PAGCOR; or any other circumstance where p22ph determines that continued account operation poses a risk to the Platform's integrity, financial soundness, or regulatory compliance.
In cases of account closure due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. p22ph will provide written notification of forfeiture where required by applicable regulation.
You may close your p22ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your last verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the p22ph Platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of any dispute between you and p22ph arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through p22ph's customer support escalation process. If a dispute is not resolved through internal escalation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, or to the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
p22ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, p22ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the registered email address and/or via a notification within the Platform no less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR regulatory direction, applicable law, or urgent security considerations.
Continued use of the p22ph Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
